How is it made?
The products are made from additive manufacturing better known as 3D-printing from a FDM printer. The products are made layer by layer as seen in below picture.
What is the material of the product?
At JD Prints our product is made with the material PETG which has a melting point from 235-260 degrees Celsius and thus do not melt in typical circumstances. The material of the flexible is TPU. TPU is great for boats with curves or sharp edges in front of the cockpit.
